Where is the line drawn between high and low pressure?

Hi all,

This might be an easy question for some of you. Is there a cut off point for what generally would be called high and low atmospheric pressure?

Is this 1013.5mbar?

Thanks
Andre

Hi Almost. It's 1013.2 hPa (hecto Pascal) and 1 hPa = 1 Mb.
